Welcome to A Pickled Thought! A creative space in the centre of Totnes with the intentions of pickling some of our and your thoughts. We are a mother and daughter artist duo, Charlie and Isabelle O’Sullivan. As we are both interdisciplinary artists, this space gives us the freedom to take agency of our own work, both in how we show and what we sell.   

Charlie is a long-established painter who creates dynamic narrative paintings along with intricate ceramics. Isabelle is a conceptual artist, who would self describe as an ethnographic surrealist allowing her concept to fuel her medium. As A Pickled Thought, we will work both collaboratively and separately on shared subjects to create diverse interpretations.
